What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request if time permits. Our cleaners need sufficient time to ensure the home is spotless before your arrival.

What are the quiet hours?

We ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

How will I receive check-in information?

We will contact you prior to your arrival with all the necessary instructions to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process.

Are there security cameras on the property?

Yes, we have exterior cameras on all of our homes for security purposes. Please note that there are no cameras inside the properties.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. However, we do not provide refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control. For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Are pets allowed in your homes?

As much as we love furry friends, pets are not allowed in our homes.
